Are you a detail-oriented professional with expertise in risk management and fraud prevention? 

Join StreamPayments, a leading payment solutions provider, as our Risk Specialist and play a key role in ensuring secure, seamless transactions for our global clients. As a Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing key aspects of our risk framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approval Rates: Continuously track and analyze transaction approval rates to optimize performance.

• Chargeback Management: Utilize third-party chargeback tools, manage Ethoca and RDR data, and create proactive strategies to reduce chargeback ratios.

• Fraud Prevention: Leverage your fraud knowledge to create and refine risk rules to prevent suspicious activities and mitigate losses.

• Client Communication: Collaborate directly with clients to resolve disputes, provide guidance on fraud prevention, and enhance overall risk strategies.

• Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with the chargeback specialist and other departments to ensure a cohesive risk management strategy.

Your Qualifications:

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

• Previous experience in risk management, chargebacks, or fraud prevention in the payments industry.

• Proficiency in using chargeback tools and risk monitoring platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and team interactions.

• A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
