Key Responsibilities: Underwriting & Onboarding
Evaluate and process new client applications in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform thorough risk assessments, ensuring all merchant applications meet underwriting standards.
Guide merchants through the onboarding process, providing timely support and clear communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Account Mangement
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned merchant accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Monitor merchant account performance and provide proactive solutions to optimize operations.
Assist with issue resolution, transaction inquiries, and escalations, ensuring quick and effective responses.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
Your Qualifications:
Fluent English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in underwriting, onboarding, or account management, preferably in the payments industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk and make sound decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
Proficiency in relevant tools and systems used for underwriting and account management will be considered an advantage.
